The movers showed up right on time, were friendly and listened to our direction well. They also provided boxes to our team to pack our items, prior to our move, which was very helpful. I hired Five Star Movers for a medium-size move and had requested they arrive by 8:30am. Needless to say, I was blown away when they showed up at 8:00am, which gave them time to prep before the elevator was available at 8:30am. They were polite, courteous and very efficient. Got some helpful tips from the movers when they noticed our rushed last minute packing. They also helped us figure out what to do with our bed that we could no longer move out through the windows since our reno. Answer: Saw the box spring in half and put it together on the other end! All in all, it was as painless as a move can be. Their price was reasonable and they were on time, fast, and pleasant even in this crazy hot weather!
